All shipments, Small items and Larger items, will be shipped. Larger items will be shipped by truck freight. We do not ship C.O.D. orders to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO. All orders must include a complete shipping address and phone number.
Shipping charges quoted online are estimates, based on ground service shipping within the Caribe. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, United States, and international addresses will incur added shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you with a shipping quote before your order is finalized.

- Shipping Time: TMG Store stocks thousands of items for immediate shipping. Orders with custom or out of stock items may take longer to ship. If your order is time sensitive, ask your Customer Service Representative for assistance.
Estimating Shipping Time Map
Most in-stock items are shipped only in business day. Custom Flags, which ship from warehouses, are usually shipped within additional business days. During peak seasons and catalog mailings, order processing may take an additional business days. Special order items require additional shipping lead time for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
- Any item can be returned within 30 days of shipment as long as it has not been installed and has not been modified or damaged in any way. If the item has been installed and there are obvious marks on the item from the installation then it will not be accepted for return.
- Please contact TMG Store to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of receiving product. No return or exchange will be accepted without a RA number.
- Once a RA request is approved, you will be given instructions for merchandise return, which may include a call tag (if applicable) that is valid for 10 business days.
- Items correctly shipped do not qualify for Refund or Returns.
- TMG Store is not responsible for additional labor and material costs due to damaged, defective and/or incorrect product.
- Items with manufacturing defects will be sent directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their Warranty terms. TMG Store will contact the manufacturer and initiate the claim process. No credit will be given to the customer until the manufacturer confirms the item is defective and issues credit to TMG Store .
- TMG Store has no expressed warranties beyond the stated warranties of the product manufacturers. Under no circumstances shall TMG Store be held liable for any labor cost incurred from any defective products.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Special Order
- Custom and non-stock items
- Items that have been installed or used
- International orders
Restocking fees apply to all items returned within 30 days with the exception of defective or damaged items, and incorrectly shipped/ordered items by TMG Store. The item must be in sellable, new condition unless damaged or defective. We reserve the right to refuse credit for any items that have been used, misused, or damaged. Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
The Following Restoking Fees Apply to all Refunded Items:
- 1-10 days after ordered. Any item ordered but not shipped may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the item has been prepared for shipment, but not shipped.
- 1-10 days after delivery: Return the item for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.
- 11-30 days after delivery: In-Store Credit Only, less a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.
- 30+ days after delivery: No refund, exchange or returns.
